Altum is designed to engender community connection and neighbourly interaction. While you can live as privately as you wish, we’ve thought carefully about how to keep the shared spaces open and interconnected, so you always feel there are friends nearby.

Altum is a community exclusively for people over 55’s so it’s likely you’ll find people with common interests or outlooks. With so many shared spaces, there are plenty of opportunities to meet up, share a meal or a drink or two and get an update on what’s happening in the neighbourhood.
